APRIL WILL, Attorney
April represents clients in a full range of family law matters, including dissolution (divorce) proceedings, paternity, custody and parenting time disputes, child support, spousal maintenance, and the equitable distribution of marital and nonmarital assets and debts. She brings a combination of tenacity and perspective to her practice, possessing the skills to litigate complex cases while also looking beyond parents' short-term conflicts to help set families up for long-term success.
Additionally, April is committed to changing the way families navigate legal challenges. Through her Collaborative Law practice, April helps families resolve conflict by crafting holistic, out-of-court solutions tailored to the unique needs of each family. Co-parenting does not end at divorce. April creates long-term solutions, by empowering parents to build sustainable and equitable outcomes that preserve family relationships.
