ABBY SUNBERG, Attorney

Abby assists clients with fiduciary, probate, and wealth transfer disputes, general litigation, and probate administration. As she helps families navigate these complex legal disputes, Abby prioritizes developing case strategies that serve her clients’ needs throughout litigation and long after it concludes.

 

Through her practice, Abby has represented trustees, personal representatives, conservators and guardians, beneficiaries, persons subject to guardianship and conservatorship, and other interested parties often involved in these cases. She has litigated cases in federal and state courts throughout Minnesota involving:

  • Probate, trust, and fiduciary litigation;

  • Business and employment-related disputes; and

  • Post-decree litigation and appeals  

 

As a litigator, Abby’s approach is detailed, resolute, and creative. She is both a trusted advisor to and fierce advocate of her clients, dedicated to advancing their goals and appreciating their perspectives. Whether through trial, dispositive motion practice, or settlement, Abby works to resolve each case in a manner that sets her clients up for success long-term.
