Litigation Associate Attorney

Bravura Group, P.C. | Minneapolis, Minnesota

Bravura Group is seeking an experienced Litigation Associate Attorney with 3+ years of civil litigation experience to join our growing litigation practice.

This is an opportunity to become part of a growing, women-owned law firm built by experienced estate planning attorneys and litigators who set out to create a different kind of practice—one that delivers sophisticated legal services while fostering collaboration, mentorship, entrepreneurship, and flexibility. At Bravura, we combine high-caliber legal work with a supportive culture where attorneys are empowered to build meaningful careers while making a real impact for clients.

Unlike many larger firms, our attorneys are not confined to a narrow role. From the outset, our attorneys work directly with clients, develop litigation strategy, take and defend depositions, argue motions, participate in mediations and trials, and gain meaningful courtroom experience. We believe exceptional lawyers are developed by doing meaningful work alongside experienced mentors.

We are looking for an attorney who is intellectually curious, self-motivated, and eager to take ownership of complex litigation matters while helping shape the future of our growing firm.

About Bravura’s Litigation Practice

Bravura Group's litigation team represents clients in sophisticated trust, estate, fiduciary, guardianship, conservatorship, and business disputes throughout Minnesota.

Our litigation practice is uniquely positioned because it is supported by highly regarded trusts and estates practices. In addition to representing clients in litigation, our attorneys regularly serve as trustees, personal representatives, attorneys-in-fact, and other fiduciaries. That experience gives us a practical perspective and depth of knowledge that few firms can offer.

We regularly represent:

  • Trustees and personal representatives

  • Guardians and conservators

  • Fiduciaries

  • Beneficiaries and heirs

  • Families

  • Businesses and other interested parties

Our attorneys routinely litigate matters involving:

  • Trust and estate litigation

  • Probate litigation

  • Fiduciary disputes

  • Will contests

  • Undue influence and capacity claims

  • Heirship disputes

  • Guardianship and conservatorship litigation

  • Business and commercial litigation

  • Appeals

What We're Looking For

  • Licensed to practice law in Minnesota (or eligible for admission)

  • 3+ years of litigation experience preferred

  • Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills

  • Excellent oral advocacy and communication abilities

  • Ability to manage cases independently while working collaboratively with a team

  • Professionalism, sound judgment, and a client-first mindset

  • Experience with trust, estate, probate, fiduciary, or business litigation is a plus, but not required

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will actively participate in every stage of litigation, including:

  • Developing pre-litigation strategy and evaluating claims

  • Drafting pleadings, motions, legal memoranda, correspondence, and other court filings

  • Drafting and responding to written discovery

  • Conducting client and witness interviews

  • Reviewing, organizing, summarizing, and analyzing complex documents and evidence

  • Taking and defending depositions

  • Working with expert witnesses

  • Preparing for and participating in mediations, arbitrations, and trials

  • Assisting with appellate matters

  • Conducting legal research and analysis

  • Communicating effectively with clients, opposing counsel, experts, and the courts

  • Strong client service orientation and sound professional judgment

  • Experience with Relativity, Cimplifi, or similar litigation support software is preferred

  • Willingness to learn, adapt, and contribute to a growing practice

Compensation & Benefits

The expected salary range for this position is $150,000–$170,000+, depending on the candidate's experience, skills, educational background, and overall qualifications.

This position is:

  • Partner-track

  • Bonus eligible

  • 401(k) with employer contributions

  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance

  • Additional employee benefits

  • Flexible work environment

Why Bravura?

Bravura Group is a women-owned law firm built on the belief that exceptional client service starts with an exceptional team. We have intentionally created a culture that values collaboration over competition, entrepreneurial thinking, mentorship, and professional excellence.

Our attorneys enjoy meaningful client contact, substantial courtroom experience, and the opportunity to work on sophisticated matters from day one. We are committed to investing in our attorneys' growth and providing a genuine path toward leadership and partnership.
