SALLY BARLOW, Attorney

Sally brings nearly a decade of public service experience to Bravura Group as a policymaker and attorney specializing in Medical Assistance eligibility at the Minnesota Department of Human Services (DHS). At DHS, she led the team that makes statewide policies on asset eligibility, asset transfers, and trust evaluation for Medical Assistance. She also advised on state and appellate court cases involving individuals seeking Medical Assistance.

Sally offers dedicated counsel in estate and tax planning.  She works closely with families to plan the disposition of their assets, during lifetime and at death, and to accomplish their estate and gift tax planning goals through personally tailored wills, trusts, and other instruments. Her experience navigating Medical Assistance makes her uniquely equipped to navigate sensitive family dynamics while her experience with trust evaluation ensures a keen attention to detail and planning that meets her clients’ individual goals.

​Sally is a graduate of the University of Minnesota Law School and received her undergraduate degree from Cornell University in Ithaca, New York
